Compare and contrast examples of state laws addressing the use of alcohol and other drugs by a pregnant woman. 2.Compare and contrast examples of state laws addressing identification of in utero exposure to alcohol in utero. 3. Discuss implications for addressing alcohol use in pregnancy under different statutory schemes.
